Thomas Vigor funeral

On June 13 we lost a true friend. Thomas Vigor was on his way home from Kearl Lake after a long month of hard work when he got into a car crash. It is with great sadness that we say Thomas didn't make it through the accident. The purpose of this fundraising page is to help pay for a proper funeral service. Money will go to my (Tom Kanwischer's) bank account and it will be transferred straight to the Vigor family in time for the funeral.
Thomas was an identical twin to our friend Errol. He and Errol spent every waking moment together and were each other's greatest companions. Thomas lived a life built on his faith in Jesus and always encouraged us in our faith through the way he lived. He would never think twice to give someone his spot in a long line-up at the airport, to stop and care for a distressed woman at another airport, to fix your broken seatbelt, to buy you a coffee, or send you some money without notice. Thomas was so deeply loved by his community of friends and will never be forgotten.
Errol frequently shares with me and our friends the following passage from Matthew 6:19-21:
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
