The Walker Family Needs Your Help!

The Walker family are faithful Christians who have been members of the church of Christ for decades. They live in Ohio and have 12 children, 11 of whom were adopted out of the foster care system as babies and toddlers. The oldest 4 children are grown and out of the home; Of the younger 8 children, one child has severe special needs, several others have ongoing medical issues, and one is in desperate spiritual need.
Two months ago, Mike and Debbie Walker discovered one of their teen age daughters had been manipulated by several older men via the internet. Although brought up in a spiritually sound and stable home, their daughter chose to depart from what she had been taught and allowed these men to use her for their own gain.
Upon discovering what had been happening, Mike and Debbie immediately took action by revoking all of her access to the internet, including her phone. She was enraged by having her phone taken away and began her all-out war for revenge on the entire family. She made false accusations of abuse and Children Services became involved. She vowed to continually run away and her behavior led her to being removed from the Walker home and placed in foster care.
Because of these actions, the remaining children have been placed under Temporary Protective Supervision, although they remain in the home. Mike and Debbie now need to hire an attorney to represent their interests in family court so there are no future actions taken on the seven children remaining in the home.
The Walker family needs your help to pay for an attorney so they are able to end this unbelievable nightmare, protect their children in all aspects, and begin to have healing for the entire family.
Mike and Debbie would never initiate this request for help. As they are dear friends of ours, we approached them for permission to setup this GoFundMe request. They took some time to prayerfully consider our request and agreed to allow us to set it up on their behalf. The funds will go directly to them.
