Weedle Illustrated Book

The True Colors of Weedle is a musical I wrote with Allison Brewster-Franzetti many years ago.   Performed live many times , I've been told it would make a wonderful children's book .  Now, in 2018 I've  taken steps to make this dream become a reality.  This illustration is the first of 22 that will be created for Weedle.

"The True Colors of Weedle" embodies my wish for all people in our world to love and accept themselves and each other no matter what  who we are.

The story is about a boy born without  any color in a faraway land called, Falafarinum, a place created with a kaleidoscope colors. Weedle doesn't fit in,  so he takes a journey to find himself.  During his travels he meets   a Singing  Gate, Katie the Caterpillar and a 3 headed creature called Marvella, Maxuma, Marmaduke...Mr M.!!! With their guidance Weedle makes a stunning dscovery.  One he must share with our planet.
