Help The Great Enough make an album!

We don't have enough money to complete our recordings. The project will die without your help.

Who are we? The Great Enough is passionate rock music with a dash of soul and folk. We've whittled 45 original songs down to a smaller number that we think are just about perfect, and we want to get them out on the airwaves for you.

Why are we different? Because every member of this band lives and dies on our music career. We aren't weekend warriors. We're trying hard to be the real deal. Any help you can offer to keep us in the studio and on the road is a giant leap for musiciankind.


Every donation comes with a free digital copy of the Dead Letters digital EP, "When the World Began," as well as a discount on our next release, scheduled for early 2015.

$3000 will let us do a limited 180g vinyl pressing of the album and cover a portion of the recording costs.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
Studio Time - We need money to pay for the hours in the studio, tracking all that beautiful music. This includes the use of a professional drum room - something no home studio can mimic. It also covers the purchase or rental of the home gear required to finish the record in our own studio. 

Postproduction - No record can be released without being mixed and mastered. These are rare skills that cost money to hire. We're having the record professionally mixed by someone secret and special, whose track record is impeccable. 

Duplication - We want to press physical CDs, vinyl, and custom digital download cards. We're even considering USB flash drive albums. No one will print these up for free!

Distribution - We'll be using your funds to help with distribution costs, as well - that's paying to get the songs hosted by music retailers (iTunes, Amazon, etc), internet radio (Pandora, Spotify), and FM/Satellite radio.

Marketing - We'll be using a portion of funds to cover the costs of marketing the record. That's posters, write-ups, travel costs for interviews or the costs associated with having our site featured online.

When you think about it, we'll be stretching that $3000 pretty darn far, all things considered. In fact, we've already accepted that $3000 is less than half of what this is actually going to cost. But hey, it's our dream, and we're savvy enough businessmen to make it happen.
