Hello and welcome! Allow us to introduce ourselves: We are Ashley Chatman (left) and Zen Rashed (right), the proud co-founders and creators of Dance Break.
We are also established dance instructors in the Los Angeles area who share a strong passion for changing people’s lives through dance fitness.
Because of our shared passion, we decided to join forces and create a program that combined both our creative talents and thus...Dance Break was born!

WHAT IS DANCE BREAK?

Dance Break is a 20 minute, comprehensive and easy to follow dance session specifically designed to spice up your workday!
Our sessions literally give business professionals a break from their everyday working environments to dance, recharge, and have fun.
Best of all, Dance Break can be done in any office setting, no workout clothes are required and there's no sweat!

JOIN THE MOVEMENT

While we are excited about our new program, sometimes it takes a village to truly bring a vision to life.
For the next 30 days, we are taking a leap of faith and graciously asking for help to reach our fundraising goal of $5,000 which will go towards our initial start-up costs, cover all promotional and marketing materials, and assist with our business operations.
