The Black Farmer

Black History Month is created to raise awareness of black achievement in our society. As the UK's only black farmer with a national profile, I would like to use my brand to help raise awareness of this month - and raise money for vital charities. 

The Black Farmer Initiative is a month-long awareness campaign with backing from some of Britain's biggest supermarket chains.

But you don't have to go to the supermarket to get involved. All donations from this GoFundMe campaign will be split between the Mary Seacole Trust, and to the Black Cultural Archives. 

Meanwhile Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Morrisons have all committed to donating profits from Black Farmer products to The Black Cultural Archives and The Mary Seacole Trust, and will offer in-store promotional space to the Black Farmer Initiative for the length of Black History Month.  

 A word about process

All donations for this fund will be split evenly between the Mary Seacole Trust, and to the Black Cultural Archives . The Mary Seacole Trust has kindly offered to administer the funds. If you choose to claim Gift Aid on your donation, 100% of this will be delivered to the charities.
