FTV: The Artist Zone

About this project

We realized how hard it was for new artists to get their talents recognised and how many organisations overcharge and exploit their situation for profits so we came up with the idea in which we want to create the ultimate platform for young up and coming musicians to excel.

The idea is to find artists and they find us as we grow, then record an interview for them to explain a little bit about themselves and build a new audience, then record a spotlight, in which they demonstrate their talents on our platforms such as Youtube, Podcasts, Soundcloud. Each month a poll will be taken to vote for the best acts and the best artist will be booked for a gig at the closest possible event to put on a show and build a name for themselves. Eventually the plan is to create a company that can showcase artists every night inviting agents and record labels to come and recruit the latest talent. We have access to a studio and intend to build our own in the next 6 months to allow the artist that we record to make music at our own facility's to provide the most support as possible a place purely created to support the artist simply The Artist Zone.

Financial support you provide us will enable thousands to live their dream without fear of being exploited by the music industry's cold dog-eat-dog nature. Every penny donated to this cause goes a long way to invest in somebody future.

Risks and challenges

The risk with this project is failing to provide a good enough platform, we have thought about this issue and the only way this could happen is by not putting 100% into allowing this project to grow. Already I have been in contact with producers and venues with the idea and the support we have received is amazing, from this we are assured that this programme will be a benefit for thousands and create a massive platform for artists everywhere.
