The Artist Incubator

Richard Finlay also known as Richard Bear, an Ontario artist of many mediums, dreams of opening The Artist Incubator in Whitby, Ontario.  This would be a community hub where budding and elder artists alike will have a common space to gather, share and learn from one another.

A dream begins in the heart of one person. It's time that Richard's dream heads in the direction of reality.  His purpose in life is to share his skills with others and create opportunities for others to do the same. Young and old alike seeking creative conversation, guidance and mentorship will have the opportunity to step into a world where creativity is at the core. Young people can develop goals and choose mentors involved in a variety of creative arts, including: Painting, airbrushing,  drawing, carving and tattooing to name only a few.

Richard has persevered throughout many setbacks on his journey, the most recent being multiple surgeries which prevented him from earning a living to support his family.
