The Steer Network is a non-profit organisation committed to improving the career prospects of individuals and professionals from diverse backgrounds. We focus on empowering women and those from BAME backgrounds.
Through a bespoke mentoring programme, we aim to increase the number of women in leadership positions. Teaching valuable networking and communication skills, we seek to empower those individuals to unlock their true professional potential.
We are committed to increasing diversity in the workplace. We want to create an inclusive environment - one that truly reflects the diversity in our communities.
Most importantly, we want to inspire and encourage our mentees to do the work that they love. With career advice and mentoring from experienced and highly rated professionals, we seek to empower our mentees to achieve their very best.
To assist in our efforts, we are looking for support to help fund our mentoring activities.
All contributions received will go towards funding the programs run by The Steer Network.
