The Oscar Alfaro Legacy Fund

Exactly one year ago on January 16th, 2018 my younger brother Oscar was trapped in a house fire. His best friend,Milly the miracle dog, (@milly_the_miracle_dog) was found laying next to him. Oscar did not survive the fire. He was 25. Milly, however, did survive. I’m posting this to share her story of recovery and to honor my brother through her. 

I’ve started a GoFundMe Campaign in Oscar’s name. It’s called the “Oscar Alfaro Legacy Fund” Whatever we collect here I will donate to the three hospitals that helped save Milly’s life so that another family doesn’t have to lose their best friend, and so that my brothers name can continue to live on through other miracles in other families.
