Our dear friend, Jenny Maul, was in a very serious car wreck on Saturday, February 16th 2019. She suffered several life threatening injuries, including a broken pelvis and femur, a collapsed lung and unfortunately had to have her left arm amputated below the elbow. She had to be airlifted to Forrest General Hospital. Thankfully her children, who were in the car with her, escaped with only minor scratches and bruises.
Moving forward, Jenny, and her husband Chris, are sure to face a substantial financial strain based on her inability to work for several months. Most likely, Chris will have to take a leave of absence from work to provide for her care and rehabilitation. Medical and rehabilitation bills will certainly be an issue even with insurance.
No gift is too small, and we’re asking all of their friends to come together to help them through this time. We’re setting a goal of (but not limited to) $10,000 to help them with expenses.
