The Loss of Beloved Dennis Ostern

This page is dedicated to the Ostern Family, in loving memory of Dennis, a dedicated and fun-loving husband and father.
At the young age of 34, Dennis Ostern left this physical life on Saturday, October 27, 2018 after suffering a heart attack on the way to the hospital after not feeling well for hours. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Sue and his two children, Ariel (4) and Ethan (2)- both my godchildren.
My name is Nicole Henry and Dennis was my business manager for seven years. He was my right AND left hand... I am a recording artist and Dennis, having a Masters in Music Business, ran EVERYTHING for me- always with grace, honesty and a smile. From royalty payments, to booking & producing concerts, coordinating the band and logistics, marketing, to helping me with set lists and photo shoots- he always had my back and my best interest in mind. Clients would always tell me what a pleasure it was to work with Dennis...something I knew from day one. Dennis was so gentle, compassionate, detail-oriented, God-fearing, gracious, and a giving human being. I was beyond blessed to have him in my life and become part of his family.
His loss is unreal and devastating for me...but incomparable to what his wife and children are experiencing. They had just relocated from Miami to Canada, and were ready to enjoy four seasons of weather, nearby family, and the great Canadian outdoors with which Ariel had already fallen in love. Five weeks later...this unimaginable sadness.
With Sue initially staying home to start the family and raise the children, Dennis was the provider. In his absence, there will be unmentionable challenges - including financial ones - like funeral and hospital costs, to begin. I have set up this page with hopes that those who knew Dennis and those who are so moved can support Sue through words and whatever financial contribution they might share. I have stated $25,000 as an immediate goal to respond to the emergency costs, but the family may need more as time progresses...I whole-heartedly appreciate your generosity. Please know that I am personally DEDICATED (as I promised Dennis when he asked me to be his beloved children's godmother) to help the Osterns as much as I can for as long as I live.
