Alright everybody.
This ones going to take some doing. We here at Elite Cosmetology School have taken on another endeavor. Our owners Maurice DiVirgillio & Jodi Hussey and student Ashley Gaona, along with students and staff are in the beginning phases of fundraising for a groundbreaking project to better our school and community, but most importantly our students lives.
The idea is simple:
Build a safe haven community to ensure victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, homelessness, and more, can concentrate on their education and prepare for a successful future. Our plan is to purchase land and build a small secure community of homes, where our students will live rent free for a time.
To help the get on their feet. To build a cushion. To get away from someone. To rebuild their lives and to revitalize their souls, or just to get a roof over their heads. A relaxed mind retains education better than a stressed mind.
