hello! i'm seosamh "joe" lily, or SAINT VAGRANT. i'd love to get angel boy tit surgery to maximise my chronic transsexualism, because i'm old, and it would be cool to do that finally.
i understand 2020 is a miserable year and i can't expect much improvement in the foreseeable future, so please understand the presence of this fundraiser does not intend pressure on anyone. i started this fundraiser in 2017, with many fits and starts. due to the time elapsed, i've now had to remake it per gofundme policy.

Despite my previous hopes, I can't do this surgery in state and therefore can't have it covered by my insurance. I don't qualify for loans due to student debt. This means I need more help getting to the surgeon who provides the surgery I know I want (across the country) and securing a small safety net while I'm out of commission. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone. I don't want you to lose hope in me or feel you've invested in nothing. I'm working hard and trying to save as much as I can, but I will be leaving the GFM open as any bit helps me move forward with this much-halted process.
There is a mourning involved with failing each hurdle after trying so hard and dealing with confirmed issues in the medical sector... I'm not eager to request further generosity, and please don't feel pressured by this news. Thank you for any help thus far. It's an incredible honour. I'm doing what I can to be worth it.
I completely understand and don't disparage any hesitance or inability to help. In that case, I might request that you spread this with the hope that someone else may be secure enough to help out. Asking for help like this puts me in a vulnerable position, but I'm encouraged by having seen others take this (albeit unfortunate) route to responses of camaraderie and kindness if not financial generosity.
