I wanted to let everyone know that the hearing on my case will be on June 29 in Fairfax County Circuit Court. Akima has filed to dismiss my claim of wrongful termination in violation of Virginia Public Policy, which is rooted in our constitution and First Amendment. We are arguing that Akima feared unlawful retaliation form the Trump Administration. You can find all of the paperwork on my website at www.longmayshewave.net. Thanks again for your support.
