Just a little help

I have been out of work on FMLA and unfortunately I have no time left on the book from my work. I never been in this kind of position of asking for help,but I pray a lot that god will give me strength to get through this. Any help would be a blessing. I have several doctors appt. and one very important appt. with the specialist to try and restore my hearing.
Things are rough at this time and just trying to get back on my feet. Thank You !
