We finally have a great opportunity to get extensive Professional testing/assessment for the illegal landfill, created in Catskill/Palenville, NY.

We began this GoFundMe site, simply hoping for water testing for the Wetlands. Now, we have an opportunity for a much more thorough investigation into the damage from the creation of an illegal landfill, dumped directly in to our Nationally/Federally, NYS Protected Wetlands, and still sits as the new banks of our waters.
It is a very critical time in this battle against the illegal landfill. We have an attorney helping us, and with this new opportunity we are hopeful for professional laboratory testing water, air, and soil. Also including a clear assessment by a professional Biologist, and hopeful for some excavation of the landfill property for better testing results.
We believe we will all benefit from the true knowledge of damage to our Nationally/Federally, NYS Protected Wetlands. These have been deemed Nationally protected for their benefits we all receive for our environment, even the admitted endangered wildlife that inhabits this sensitive area.
With analysis of the extensive damage through Professional Laboratory testing, it will also help neighboring families physicians/specialists, better know how to treat the families innocent children's numerous health impacts, diagnosed with 'Exposure to Industrial Toxins'.
