Well-known McD's drive thru lady

This is Teri button.  
   She has been brightening the mornings of hundreds of people daily at the McDonald's in Louisville on Bardstown rd. 24 years to be exact. There has been several people tell her that they moved out of the area, but traveled out of the way each day to come see her.
   She's appeared on a few local news channels, as well as David Letterman, and Jay Leno (for the way she would rhyme while taking the orders.
   She was having trouble breathing, so she went to the hospital, after several tests they told her there was tumours blocking her lungs, and diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. She didn't make it 3 weeks , and had to be put on life support,& in a medically induced coma. She's been in that state for several days now.
    There's been a port for chemotherapy put in, (however they aren't gonna start that until after a surgery in 2 days to cut away some of the toumerous area.
  She's having it really rough and that's not including the financial strains that are going to come along with this.
***** she lost the battle during a very confusing, and difficult 2nd hospital stay. We are now trying to wrap our minds around what could be went wrong. She became paralyzed somehow during the intubation. We were told the whole time that things were going great.... and the cancer was shrinking. However when they reduced the sedation she wasn't able to move at all.  For 5 days we battled with the doctor telling us to pull the tube out, because she wouldn't be able to make it.... but every reason he have us turned out to not be fact. 
  Then on 4-11-2017 at midnight the nurse came into auction her breathing tube, and her oxygen level dropped until she passed.  The nurse failed to cap off the suction tube after he used it.
   Now were unable to even get a response from anyone in the whole hospital system. They have yet to provide us with the medical records we have now requested twice.
    We are financially,physically & mentally drained. Please if you are able to help us it is truly appreciated, or share if you dont mind.
