Teresa Gonzalez Funeral Fund

Teresa Gonzalez was a valued employee of Texas MedClinic for almost 12 years. She held many positions within Operations, but her latest assignment has been as a Work Comp Referral Coordinator at the Client Services Center. Tragically, Teresa's life was taken on the morning of Friday, August 3, 2018. She is survived by six children between the ages of 5 and 25 years old. In an effort to support her family during this painful time, this Go Fund Me page will forward all donations to Teresa's daughter Lemi Chapa for funeral expenses.
