Teen Funeral Expense Fund
Always smiling. Eager to always do his best. Helping others. Loving the outdoors. Making friends through scouting and sports. That was Claudius Worley. Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss our friend on Saturday, May 26.
Claudius, a son, grandson, brother, and friend, was a 15 year-old freshman and rising sophomore at Fairmont High School where he played football and baseball. He loved Boy Scouts and was a member of Troop 386 in Lumberton, NC where he served as the Assistant Patrol Leader for the Thunderbird patrol. He was a First Class Scout moving quickly toward earning the rank of Star Scout. On May 19 he became an Ordeal member of the Order of the Arrow at Camp Bowers where the Klahican Lodge held it's summer Fellowship. At that time he also became a member of the Japeechen Chapter. The Order of the Arrow is the National Honor Society for Boy Scouts and focuses on camping, brotherhood and cheerful service. He was so proud of completing the ordeal and becoming a full member of this prestigious and honorable organization.
Claudius touched the hearts of many and he will be missed. Our goal is to honor Claudius's memory by raising funds to help with funeral and burial expenses. All funds raised will be directed to the family to offset these expenses. These funds are needed immediately.
Wayland Lennon will be the administrator of the fund. All funds will be distributed to the family to offset funeral and burial expenses.`````````````

ANY REMAINING FUNDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ME PERSONALLY. I WILL THEN WRITE A CHECK DIRECTLY TO THE FAMILY TO ENABLE THEM TO PAY OTHER PROVIDERS.
