Teddy's Medical Fund

Couple Amber Wheeler and Kevin Varwig were walking their three Dachshunds(Teddy, Feebee and Beauty) on White street in East Toledo around 9:30 PM on 8/2/15. One man was standing on his porch with his two pitbulls without leashes and without warning the pitbulls ran directly at them and started attacking the couples dogs. Amber and Kevin tried their best to defend their dogs and were also bitten in the process. Teddy was badly harmed in the incident. He is now suffering from a large wound which his fur was ripped from his back, which required dozens of stitches. He also has a punctured lung and fractured ribs.
