noah is 10 years old, he attends churchtown primary school in. southport. he is a fabulous, amazing, independent, confident, funny and inspiring little boy. noah has a life shortening, muscle wasting disease called duchenne muscular dystrophy. the disease affects every muscle in his body, which will eventually cause him to deteriorate and lower his life expectancy. noah can no longer walk or weight bare at all. his arms are weakening which has resulted in him using a powered wheelchair (permobil 300) and his mobile are supports to help him with small tasks like feeding himself, brushing his teeth or simply having a drink independently. noah's future will see him unable to move any muscle or do anything for himself. noah takes life how it comes; he gets emotional about not being able to do simple things like playing football, swimming or even going to the cinema. currently noah is without a functioning wheelchair and is having to use a standard manual chair and this makes things very difficult for him. he desperately needs a new wheelchair to help him maintain his daily routine and this new chair will enable him to have better standard of living. a new permobil c400 (latest model) wheelchair costs £11,000.00 with only little funding provided from the nhs. equipment is very expensive and anything anybody can do to help is greatly appreciated in keeping noah comfortable, happy and a part of family life as much as possible!

Get this posted on Twitter / Facebook with Everton tagged in it. The amount of money - literally millions and millions of pounds - that the club waste every year on players who don't even get in the squad is shocking, and all Noah needs is 50k to make his life so much more comfortable. Everton could contribute all of that and it still wouldn't even amount to what Oumar Niasse, a player they've been trying to get rid of for two years, earns per WEEK. Get it shared and get Everton involved!
