Cheryl's Survival Bootcamp

Cheryl Viernes is first and foremost an amazing 37-year-old single mother to her beautiful 12-year-old daughter, Anastasia Viernes Coleman.
In addition, Cheryl is a well-known and respected Coach and Fitness Instructor at Knuckle Up Training Center in Vallejo, California since 2009. She has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in health and fitness. Furthermore, she has a passion in teaching fitness and helping others in motivating them to reach their goals. Cheryl teaches the following:

• Private and Group Training Bootcamps

• Run Camps

• Tae Bo® Fitness (Cheryl's most favorite)

On July 29th, 2016, Cheryl was diagnosed with Stage 2-B Cervical Cancer at U.C. Davis Medical Group Cancer Center Clinic Gynecologic Oncology in Sacramento. Her oncologist highly advised her to chemotherapy and radiation treatments. On the other hand, Cheryl has declined them with ~ No surgery, no chemotherapy, and no radiation. She has been researching many alternatives (with the help of ChrisBeatCancer.com including all other cancer survivors, and with many other resources). Cheryl made a wise decision with her body by fighting this cancer with an alternative way... "Naturopathic Medicine."

Cheryl will see two doctors.

#1-The first doctor is a Naturopathic Physician from Sonoma Naturopathic Medicine in Sonoma, California.

What is Naturopathic Oncology Naturopathic Physicians?
They diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases using a system of practice that is based on the natural healing capacity of individuals. They may use physiological, psychological, and mechanical methods.They may also use natural medicines, prescriptions, legend drugs, foods, (diet and nutrition) herbs, and other natural remedies.

#2-The second doctor is a Chiropractor in Napa, California. This will include chiropractic adjustments, Intermittent Traction Therapy, Posture Ray Reports, In-Home Tractioning Unit, Turbosonic, re-evaluations and re-X-rays, Posture Pictures Anaysis, support for cancer therapy and nutritional consultation.

Cheryl's Survival Plan/Goal:
• Four-months of fighting this battle
• Begins September 2016
• She is going to take time off from work and work only part-time
• She will be resting and healing her body as she is in the process in rebuilding her immune system, overall.
• Goal to be met in January 2017 (she will take another PET Scan to get new results). LORD, please, please, please put your Healing Hands upon Cheryl.

Going the "natural" route, nothing is covered by her medical insurance. Expenses are to follow:
• Complementary and Alternative Therapies
• Naturopath doctor appointments
• Holistic medications (i.e. diet and nutrition, psychotherapy, homeopathy spiritual counseling, massage therapy and etc.)

Cheryl and everyone in her "Survival Bootcamp" is reaching a goal to raise $10,000 in September, October, November and December.  With the help of her family and friends, there are many ideas put into raise funds for Cheryl's treatment.

Reminder, Cheryl has helped numerous people and touched many lives in different ways. She is always a tremendous giver and gives her time in need. She definitely sacrifices her effort to go that extra mile for you if you need help whether you need words of encouragement or even if you just need a friend. You can always count on her. One thing for sure, she NEVER asks for anything back in return. It's our turn to share your love and support to Cheryl. It is time to "GIVE" back.
