Update. Salt Lake Edition:
Well, Lola had a rather rough day today. She underwent the microlaryngoscopy and bronchoscopy this evening. As suspected, there is tracheal stenosis, affecting the middle third of her trachea. The surgical team is confident they can repair it, and Lola's quality of life will drastically improve.
The surgery is fairly intense, and invasive, I won't go into details here. We are waiting for a cardiothoracic surgeon to assist, but we're playing the waiting game right now.
Lola is happy and smiling for the most part. We'll be going out for walks, visiting the playroom, and trying to make the best of this.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, support, and kindness you've bestowed upon us. And we thank you in advance for loving on us and praying for this little family during the next few weeks while we tackle the latest milestone in this adventure. Forever indebted to you guy

Lola underwent her second bronchoscopy. Unfortunately, the results of the scope aren't too great. The doctors found that Lola's trachea has abnormal growth of the cartilage as compared to the muscular part of the normal trachea. The condition is called tracheal stenosis, or complete tracheal rings. It will not repair itself, nor heal over time. The only option is surgery, known as a Slide Tracheoplasty. It's fairly major, and not without risk. They have an appointment in Salt Lake City on March 9th for the surgery.
I would love it if we can get to tether enough money so Chevy an Johnny are able to drive down there an have money for a hotel along with helping with all other expenses!
