Taylor C Stinson Scholarship Fund

On June 1st, 2017 Taylor Creel Stinson age 25 passed away at UAB hospital. She died unexpectedly due to liver failure resulting from a reaction to an antibiotic. Taylor was a completely selfless person and a light to everyone who knew her. She was one of the sweetest souls and most loving people you would ever meet. Taylor graduated in 2014 from the University of Alabama as a first generation college student. She later went on to Physical Therapy Assistant school inspired to work in this field because of her close relationship with her disabled cousin. In lieu of flowers at her funeral Taylor's parents have set up a scholarship fund for other first generation college students and asked people to donate to that instead. As Taylor's cousin I think this is a wonderful idea and I hope that by creating this campaign we can get her story out to more people than those who knew her and hopefully endow the scholarship in her memory for the future. Even if we do not reach this $25,000 goal all of the funds will be used to benefit first generation students at the University of Alabama. Thank you for helping us establish something for Taylor to be remembered by.
