Their journey has taken them from the Congo to Uganda, Kenya and few countries in-between, escaping civil war, kidnapping, separation and then reunited in different refugee camps.
A family with an incredible story to tell (see excerpt here) are now this year serving as summer missionaries with CEF of Manitoba (Child Evangelism Fellowship of Manitoba) teaching little children at 5-Day summer clubs about forgiveness, love and grace. Virtues they can relate to and have had to experience in their own ways.
This summer 5 of them are giving their summer to serve as summer missionaries and will be raising funds which will greatly help them as they return to school in the Fall.
Will you link arms and partner with this family by giving, sharing and encouraging them as they spend the summer teaching little kids in summer clubs.
The funds raised will go to the charity: Child Evangelism Fellowship of Manitoba which is responsible for paying the missionaries. Funds raised will be used to pay the missionary family and other costs like billeting, travel costs and their summer teaching materials as they join a bigger team of 22 summer students who will be teaching in more than 80 summer clubs all through summer.
