The Lehigh Acres Pop Warner Jr PeeWee football team is the last team in Lee country to move on and play for a spot at Disney/ESPN from 11/28/2018 - 12/08/2018. This is the first time in 33 years! So yes this is very ground breaking for these boys. We have won all of our Divisional games this year, BUT with great success comes great financial burdens. We have 30 players and families. Pop Warner rules are that the kids can only stay and travel as a team. We are fundraising and looking to raise money to get the whole team there without any being left behind due to finance. This will cover travel, food ,and hotel for each one of our Raider boys. They are not allowed to stay with families and some can’t take all the time off to even go. So chaperones will have to be with the children. We have run with only 2 coach’s on the field this season. So you can see how this is a little over whelming. This team have worked extremely hard to get this far. We are asking for your donations so none of these boys needs to pass up on this once in a lifetime opportunity. All proceeded go to the boys and getting them to Disney’s ESPN game. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every little bit helps.
