New Rig for Youtube and Work

Hello everyone, My name is Allen, though if you came here from my Youtube channel or Twitter you may know me better as Neocrypter.
Here is just a little about me and what and why im trying to get your help with building a new rig.
So as I am sure some of you may know I am a father, I have 3 awesome kids A wife and a Dog, I have been unemployed for over a year now because of suffering from a Sever Social Anxiety Disorder and Clinical Depression and over all not so great of health.
What little bit of money I have been able to provide for my family comes from me working on my PC from either Youtube, Streaming or managing to get the Occasional Web Design or Graphics Design gig, which honestly isn't even enough to pay the bills most of the time. My PC is pretty old and its starting to have problems keeping up with the demands of the programs that I use for recording and editing video ( some of you may have noticed lots of weird video bugs in my videos lately )
So I am at a juncture where I need to find a way to replace this machine with something a bit newer, now I am a master and getting every ounce of performance from a computer that I can so I don't need to build some Outrageous priced machine to accomplish what I need to do, I just need to replace a few parts of this machine with newer componants mainly the Mother Board Processor and Ram as they are pretty old at this point ( still using 7 GiG of DDR2 As a point )
But I feel if I can build a better system ill be able to be more productive and in turn be able to provide more money for my family or at least that's the plan.
