Help fund 1-2-1 swimming lessons for Connor

I am going to swim the distance of the English Channel (21 miles) during the May half term to raise money to fund Connor's 1-2-1 swimming lessons with me. I will swim 5k a day (200 lengths) for 7 days! Yes I am a swimming teacher and I'm in the pool 6 days a week but I have not trained in years so this is going to be a massive challenge however I am determined to achieve this and this is why:
Over the past ten weeks I have been Connor's swimming teacher during his school swimming lessons, unfortunately these lessons have now come to end. It is my ambition to raise money to enable Connor to continue swimming lessons and the progress he has made. Connor has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy and therefore seeing him swim freely in the pool is incredible and he is a true inspiration. At the start of the term Connor could swim 5 metres on his front unaided but now he can swim 200 metres! This shows how determined he is to make his dream come true of being a Paralympian.
Where your sponsorship money will go:
I will not be charging for my teaching time for Connor's lessons and therefore each lesson will cost £12.75 which will pay for the hire of Northcroft Leisure Centre's Pool. I am hoping with your help that I can raise enough money to fund Connor's swimming lessons for a year.
Connor and I both love our lessons together so please help me to carry on making these lessons happen and help make Connor's dream come true!
