Sweet Buffalo Rocks for Bentley

$3,480 of $5,000 goal

Bentley Hayden of Buffalo is a 3-year-old boy who is fighting cancer and needs our love and support. He is currently in New York City with his family receiving treatment and I wanted to find a way to help him and his family at this difficult time.

But how?

I am asking each and every one of you to create one gold Sweet Buffalo Rock in honor of Bentley as gold is the color of Childhood Cancer Awareness. After you create the rock, I am asking that you pledge $1 to this GoFundMe page to help me raise funds for Bentley's medical expenses. (GoFundMe only lets you donate a minimum of $5, so get with five friends and put your dollars together and one person can donate).

Bentley and his family are strangers to me as I've never met them in person before. I have, however, written stories on Bentley and his bravery and I follow his mother on social media. Their strength during this difficult time inspires me and if I know you Sweet Buffalo Rockers like I think I do, you guys will want to help, too. With 18,000 members, I know we can make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to help Bentley and his family so far. Bentley is currently receiving treatment in New York City. As can be imagined, every day is different and difficult, but I've been texting his mom, Krystal, to check in and they are doing the best they can considering the circumstances. As soon as they get home, I will be personally giving them their donation. Every little bit counts as Krystal is unable to work while caring for Bentley. She actually just went back to work right before they found out Bentley went into remission. Keep praying for this beautiful boy and please share this page. Thank you all so much for your generosity again. God bless you.

I have terrible news. Our sweet friend Bentley who we prayed for and made Sweet Buffalo Rocks for after his battle with cancer has relapsed in his skull. This was supposed to be a happy new year for Bentley and his family and they are saddened beyond words. Please keep this amazing boy in your prayers that he gets through this. He's the strongest little boy I know. If you would like to make a donation to help his family with expenses during this difficult time, you may do so here.
