Relevant back story:
My ex boyfriend is in care of my pets and my things. To be personal, he ended things while I’m at my parents in BC which makes things extra financially difficult right now- I have to find a new place, drive to Edmonton to get my cats and things, and only 2 weeks before I’m supposed to leave my ex tells me Cleo (kitty) had a fall and needs surgery. We’re willing to go 50-50 with each other but he’s jobless and I have poor credit so we won’t be approved for financing.. :( I can’t come up with that kind of money and she’s only a year and a half old, it breaks my heart to even think about having to put her down.
Lowest costs found so far:
Cost of amputation: ~$1500
Cost of surgery to fix it: ~$2000
She bit a hole in the netting on the balcony and she fell.. **shes not allowed outside without supervision but this is out of my control** She was lost outside with a broken leg for a week before he found her.
She was a rescue and she’s had such a hard life, I’m trying everything I can but I only work part time while I’m in school for another week.
