Surgery for Caera

This is Caera [pronounced Ky-rah]. She's almost ten, adores small humans (since she's smaller than she looks), is a master of head-tilts, loves pickles, doesnt know how to howl, and her favorite thing to do is lay out on the pavement on a hot day. Weird right? She's got a bit of an attitude, and is not easily impressed either. When you're doing something she doesnt like, like heading off to work or not paying attention to her, she'll huff at you and just stare/gaze into your soul. Recently she was diagnosed with an aggressive tumor in her hind end, it causes her to have trouble when she needs to use the bathroom, and will quickly lead to kidney damage. The only treatment for her is a risky surgery, and even then it might not be enough. I feel all responsibility I imagine most pet parents feel, and I'm not ready to say goodbye yet if I can help it, but I've run out of time and options. This is my last one. I rarely ask anyone for anything, let alone money. But this is me asking, if you could please help, I would be beyond grateful, and whole-heartedly appreciative.  Thank you. I once saw a post that asked; "You get to add [1] zero to any number in your life, where would it be and why?" There were a lot of good, clever responses, but the one that got me was, "My dogs life expectancy, she's a good girl and she deserves it."
