As a refugee and displaced family, finding a steady source of income presents a tremendous challenge, therefore living expenses are nearly impossible to meet. In addition to honing his surfing skills, Ali also works at a bakery and a surf shop to help contribute for his family. With this donation, it will allow Ali to focus on school and his passion for surfing; all proceeds will go towards providing financial compensation to him and his family.
