Mr. Fidelis Maloko a Tanzanian living in North Carolina.  He is currently undergoing dialysis due to kidneys failure. Because of his medical condition he cannot work, therefore he is currently undergoing financial difficulties trying to  buy his medications, supporting himself and his family.
