Support System for Tabi

If you know Tabitha Trott, you know that she is as independent as they come, she recently finished her bachelors degree and is currently getting her masters. She is a wonderful mother and is also working full time and full time in school!
She recently found out she is having another baby!! Unexpected but she is proceeding with the pregnancy.
She is always pushing herself, overcoming obstacles, staying positive, brushing off the exhaustion etc....lately though....she has been struggling. She is in NC about 6 hrs from me and alone. 
She has called me several times just this week and broken down , I am helpless and not sure what to do from so far away. Her usually positivity is waning, and its difficult to watch. She is up at 6am,(morning sickness on fleek) taking naya to school,heading to her teaching job, off at 3pm, pick up Naya at 4, home for dinner, homework for naya, and her own studies til she falls asleep.
She is struggling to pay her bills, and the Holidays are coming.
So......for the lady who has always been strong for me, pushed me to do better...I want to create a support system right here. How can you help? I am going to try to raise money. A little cushion to make the next couple months easier, a gift of support from a group of people who love her. If you cannot give money, I understand we are all struggling to take care of our own families, but if we can come together we can show her she is not alone. DO NOT TELL HER ABOUT ANY OF THIS!
