Support Marilyn and her family

Marilyn and I were classmates in Deer Park, Texas, but only became close friends a few years ago when we discovered we both lived in the Texas Hill Country.  She is smart, strong, and the sole breadwinner in her family, so I was shocked and worried when I saw this post from her three days ago... "Very scary times this week!! Some of you know what's going on, but I thought I better catch everyone up. It turns out I may not have had the flu. Went to the ER on Monday as I was feeling REALLY bad. I had Googled dehydration and decided I probably needed a couple of bags of fluid. I had a hard time functioning, walking, or talking. I was even hallucinating! So at the ER they were immediately concerned. When they took my blood pressure it was 54/40. They immediately put in an IV in each arm and started pumping in fluids. They later added one to my neck for the carotid artery. That was needed to pump in some special meds that only the larger veins can handle. I've got wires coming out of everywhere. They are still diagnosing, but have discovered that I have septic shock, strep throat, kidney stones and a few other things. I will most likely be in the ICU until Friday and then hopefully be able to go home. We've had so much lately with the injury of my hip and rib (which were getting better) and, now this. I am worried about missing work as I have no paid days off left. We are a one income family and this will be so difficult for us. Oh well, the Lord will see us thru this one too. Sorry foy typos. Thanks prayer warriors. Much love to all. "
Another friend visited her today and unfortunately, she is now unconcious, perhaps from a reaction to an antibiotic.
She just started a new job, but has already missed two weeks of work.
Please help us help this sweet lady and her family. The money will be used to defray medical expenses and provide for her husband, who is disabled and can't work. Marilyn has always done all she could for her friends and family, and I know this is the best way to repay her for her kindness.
