The Walker hound found yesterday filled with quills and starving is expected to make a full recovery and is eating today. A animal control employee was contacted right when he was found and she rushed to come get him and took him in for emergency vet care! He may need further care due to his leg being infected. I'm so thankful for our local animal shelter employees, our caring vet and all the support this dog has been receiving from strangers across the country! Donations will go to pay for current and possible future vet bills and to help the shelter nurse him back to health until he is ready to find his furever home ❤
