Dear Prayer Warriors,
Warren and Donna were on a mediteranian cruise for their 50th wedding anniversary when Warren became very ill on the ship when his heart went into atrial fib. He was rushed to a hospital in Greece and they have been at the hospital for the last several days!
Through much testing it was found that Warren has an acute pancreatitis infection. He was intubated 2 days into his hospital visit due to respiratory failure and has been unresponsive since.
He is currently in multi organ failure, his blood pressure is very low and his lungs and cavities are filling with fluid.
The Dr. feels that if they can get his infection under control before there is too much damage on his organs then he has a chance.
Monica, Micah and Marcus are there in Greece with Donna and Warren currently and they need our support and prayers for wisdom and peace during this time.
Along with prayer there are some major financial needs that Donna is facing. We are asking for the body of Christ to come together and support in whatever amount you feel lead to give to help with current financial needs and further financial needs to come.
There has been conversation to MedVac Warren home if he becomes stable enough. This alone would cost $90,000 which insurance will only reimburse up to $25,000.
Donna has already paid out $30,000 for hospital fees and has drained their bank and retirement.
The family is trusting God implicitly for His provision and His perfect plan in this journey. Unfortunately the financial side of this can cause a burden that no one should have to carry right now.
We have an amazing opportunity here as the body of Christ to support Warren and Donna who have served the church body and family so faithfully for so many years.
The financial needs are big, but our God is bigger! Warrens medical needs are big, but our God is bigger! NOTHING is impossible with our God!
