Support Haxhisefa Family

The following message/appeal is written by Kosovar Ambassador to the UK Lirim Greiçevci.
As you are aware in the early hours of Wednesday 14th June, a massive fire broke out in Greenfell Tower, Latimer Road which quickly engulfed the building in which hundreds of people will have been sleeping at that time including but not limited to the Kosovan family Haxhisefa from Peja (including parents and two children under the age of 18).
In my capacity as an ambassador I personally visited the Haxhisefa family on behalf of the Kosovan embassy and the community. Whilst the firefighters tried to bring the fire under control, what is certain is that Haxhisefa family have lost their home and were massively affected by the tragic event. Accordingly, we have started this appeal to support the Haxhisefa family who have not only lost their place to live, but also a lifetime's worth of possessions.
This is an emergency fund to help raise money to alleviate the needs of the Haxhisefa family and all the money raised will be given to the family. One of our regarded community representatives Artan Llabjani is in charge of all the donations raised by this appeal.
We also have friends and family helping in the relief efforts in London who are on the scene and working directly with families affected by the fire. If you wish to help in any way such as donating clothes and other items for all the families affected by fire then please hand such items at the Kosovan embassy in London.
