The EniObanke Music Festival  (EMUfest) is designed as an artist-driven and fan-sponsored event which takes place in several Nigerian cities over one week in November every year. It provides a platform for the celebration of traditional and modern folk music as well as related forms which may not be considered commercial or popular. Over the last 9 years, with the support of music lovers like you, we have been able to hold EMUfest in various cities in Nigeria. These well-attended concerts featured both established and emerging music artists as well as poets, dramatists, dancers and large singing groups of school children. We hope to continue to expand the roster and the reach over the next few years.

The Beautiful Nubia  Schools Tour has been going on in one form or the other since 2005. The Tour is about more than music. We aim to engage the minds of youth and children, to unlock hidden talents and energy, to highlight the path to personal and communal development, to influence the future positively. Any society that desires growth must have a well-intentioned vision to guide the children right and prepare them for whatever lays ahead. We champion a combination of traditional wisdom and modern knowledge; we open doors of truth to the young; we embolden and inspire them. They leave the event ready to take on the world and make a positive difference. Our hope is that someday soon, great leaders and achievers will emerge who will point to one of these shows as the moment when their lives changed. That would be a great reward.

These two not-for-profit initiatives need your financial support.
