SuperMOM Finally Meets Kryptonite

I really am not sure where to even start but please bare with me cause I have a feeling whenever I start finally getting some of these emotions out their gonna come pouring... my name is cory, I am 25 years old and currently working with an HVAC company towards becoming a technician. I have a younger sister who works full time and goes to the university of South Carolina looking to obtain her degree to become a pharmacist. Also a younger brother who is a heavy equipment operator and loves what he does. Well almost a year ago I got a phone call that would turn my whole life upside down in the up and coming months. My mom who had a pain in her side one night real bad had went to the doctor to see what was going on... well the results came back, she had lung cancer and cancer in her kidneys the doctors gave her 6 months to a year to live. I couldn't and still can't wrap my head around it cause my mom, who had to play dad as well, is the one person I knew I could always count on to be their for me or my siblings no matter what, not as our friend but as a parent that always looked out for our best interest, so all those times she said your gonna thank me one day... well I can't thank her enough for raising us to the best of her ability. We don't come from a family with money all we have is our mema, my mom's mom, who is struggling just as much as we are. My mom worked 2 jobs for a long time to make sure we always had a hot home cooked meal every night. And that meal was gonna be eaten around the dining room table as a family every night no matter how much we wanted to go eat and play games in our room. My mom has always been a big believer in her faith in God and throughout all these terrible things happening to her, to where I can't even hold my head up, she stays positive and strong cause she would never let her kids see her down and out. I moved out of my fioncees house and back into my mom's very soon after finding out about the cancer. She has not been able to work this whole time being in and out of the hospital, going through chemotherapy and radiation twice. She spends most of her days these days to weak to do anything so if she isn't in hospital she is at home stressing the overwhelming amount of debt and bills that have piled up throughout this process. All my mom wants even if she is only gonna take 2 bites of whatever it is and say she's full or be sick is to eat at all diffrent places that she loves or has always wanted to try and her nor my finances will allow that... it eats me up knowing my mom who now has cancer in every portion of her body minus the brain, has to worry ahout the house getting taken, or what we can afford to get from store. Even she has come to terms with this being her last little bit of time on this earth before she truely gets to leave here and go home, but to have to suffer and not even be able to eat what you want in the last days well that I just can't swallow... She doesn't know I'm doing this and would make me take it down if she found out cause she does not wish to burden anyone with her crisis because of how proud she is, but I just want to make what precious time we have left with her as comfortable as possible and for her to have whatever her heart desires and to stop worrying about funeral cost and all that and just be able to enjoy herself.
