Support Super Hero Wyatt

After a couple of months of not feeling well and lots of trips to the Dr.'s office,  Wyatt (age 3 1/2) was recently diagnosed with Neuroblastoma which is a rare pediatric cancer. Wyatt has been in the hospital since March 1st.  His first chemo treatment began on March 3rd. He will receive 4 more, 5 day chemo treatments with 16 days of recovery between. They will harvest stem cells prior to his third chemo treatment and then he will undergo surgery to remove the tumor. He has a year treatment plan that includes radiation and implants of harvested cells.  Praise God, Wyatt was finally discharged from the hospital on March 14th and is back home with his family in Nebraska.  Wyatt and his loving family can use your financial support to help with travel to/from Omaha, which is a distance from their home, as well as to help support them financially as Kathy is stepping away from her job so that she can be a full-time caregiver through Wyatt's treatment plan.  This family is a believer in the power of prayer so please continue to keep Kathy (Mom), Kyle (Dad), Ashlyn (big sis) & Wyatt (AKA Super Hero) Smidt in your prayers! **The family plans to donate any extra unused funds to St Jude's as they greatly admire and value the work that they do on a daily basis.
