Suicide prevention in honor of mom

My mom recently took her own life. My family is so broken and I am in unimaginable pain. I never want anyone to have to feel the way that she felt. Depression is real and it’s a killer. I need for people who are feeling depressed and hopeless to reach out and get the help they need. Help is always available and there’s absolutely no shame in asking for it.  Project semicolon is amazing and I know my mom would’ve wanted me to do something positive and try to make a change in honor of her. If you think the world would be better off without you I promise you it wouldn’t be. You are more loved and cared about than you know. I want people to recognize their self worth and love themselves and I hope this will make an impact on someone feeling the way my mom did. No one deserves to feel that way. I love her more than anything.
