Student's Lambs Dog Attack Fund

On Thursday, July 19th early in the morning we had a tragic event happen at the Delano High School Farm.

A dog got onto the farm and attacked several Delano FFA student's lambs. After the trauma that the lambs endured three of them had to be put down. With the three already lost, there are still three more we are not confident will have a different outcome. This will leave six students without a project and costs they may not be able to cover.  We are seeking support for them.

These students have spent countless hours attending to their lambs in an effort to excel during the competition season. Big or small, everything helps with what these kids are experiencing right now.

We are looking to cover the costs of the students projects, replacement animals that have to be sourced at the last minute and offset the Emergency Veterinary services that had to be rendered in order to provide triage care.

If you are able to contribute please do not hesitate and contact Delano High School Administrators or one of the two  FFA Advisors.
