Stirling Uni's FC India trip

This is the first Stirling Uni FC volunteer trip. On the 19th May, myself, Joe Grieg, Joe Heraghty, Rhys Swierkot, Liam Grimmer and Tomos Jones will be flying out to Bangalore, India for 4 weeks. There we will be running a children's summer football camp for students at Parikrma foundation.
Parikrma foundation is a school that offers an education to thousands of children from orphanages or the slums of Bangalore. With little support from the government, they have to pay all costs on their own. They are currently giving over 800 children an education.

We we are hoping to run a summer camp to give some of the children over their a chance to enjoy their summers. Without this they would have nothing to do in the summer holidays. We also want to give the, lunch everyday, as this is what they regularly get given to them at school, but miss out on it over the summer.
The money that we are asking for will go a long way to cover the major costs of running thus summer camp. We are also hoping that we can raise enough to be able to give Parikrma money for football supplies throughout the year.
