Recently, Steve was hospitalized after contracting West Nile Virus. It has been a frightening and painful ordeal that pulled him away from work for several weeks. While he is finally back home, his recovery is far from over. He is still dealing with severe fatigue and neurological symptoms that make returning to work nearly impossible.

As the main provider for his family, missing work creates an immense financial strain on top of mounting medical bills. Steve has spent years taking care of everyone else—now it's our turn to take care of him and his family.
