Aboriginal women experience family and domestic violence at a much higher rate than non-indigenous women- up to 35 times more likely.

This is not the future that we want.

The leaders of the Tangentyere Women's Family Safety Group are working everyday to see this change.

In 2018, the Tangentyere Women's Family Safety Group want to travel from Alice Springs (Central Australia) to Canberra (our Nations Capital) to speak with Politicians to ask them to: 

LISTEN TO US
SUPPORT US and
STAND WITH US against family and domestic violence.

But we can't do this alone.

The money raised through this GOFUNDME campaign will be used to support Aboriginal Women to have a voice on the issues of family and domestic violence where the decisions are made, in Canberra.
