Spencer's Moving/Medical Fund

Spencer needs help raising money for medical devices/assistance, food and utilities, and a chance to move out of an abusive household. His current living situation is a serious debilitation, as his family rarely does anything for his health or well-being, going so far as completely ignoring his requests for hospital visits, basic amenities, and even food that he can eat that accommodates his SED (selective eating disorder).
Spencer is currently on disability (due to mental issues and physical issues that make it impossible for him to walk for more than a few minutes without a cane), and receives 800 USD of SSI (with insurance taken out) every month, but half of this money is taken by his dad on the excuse that it’s to “support him.” It took Spencer years just to get 400 of it to begin with, and if he asks for more, he’ll be yelled at and told he’s selfish, and they’ll again claim that it’s for the well-being of the whole household. However, most of this money they take simply goes to cigarettes and other mundane things that have nothing to do with Spencer. Even if he needs the money for medications, food, and basic utilities, he’s told: “The family needs it more than you do”. It can sometimes get downright nasty, with them taking things that he needs (IE: hygiene products, things he needs to get by, etc.) out of their shopping cart and claiming that it’s just “junk” that they don’t need.
They’ve also threatened to kick him right out onto the streets if he asks for his full disability check, even though they repeatedly find ways to guilt trip, or downright force him to stay when he actually wants to leave. He’s been trying to get a driver’s license so he can get to new opportunities, but his family refuses to allow him the means to get one, insisting that he could “never live on his own.” They repeatedly gaslight him, micro manage his life, and pretty much just use him for an extra 400 dollars every month.
The money Spencer gets from his father goes towards items that his family’s untrained dogs destroy, things that break down, or just general personal items that his family refuses to provide like trash cans, a clothing hamper, and so forth. And yeah, his family has two dogs that are entirely untrained and unruly, and they managed to eat at least $300 dollars of art supplies. Spencer was promptly blamed for this, however, not the dogs or their lack of proper training.
On top of this Spencer also has student loans and bills to pay leaving him almost no money left to save up for moving out. His parents also find ways to steal or take more money from him.

Hospital style bed (he’s slept on an air mattress on the floor or the couch for a few years. He recently found a broken up bed, but it’s awful for his spine) - $1000

Extra funds would be going towards food and other living expenses, replacing items and art supplies that his parent’s dogs destroyed (an estimated $600 (as well as his dentures, which are an extra $1k), buying heavy-duty storage containers for his bedroom to keep the new stuff safe, and saving up for future rent of the house he and his friends plan to move into in Texas ($1500 for 6 months of rent). Along with this, he needs at least $2k for student loans, though again, the main concern is moving out and getting medical supplies.
Spencer also has a litter of kittens that he cares for. These small little friends help him with his chronic anxiety and mental disorders. His parents use these cats to threaten and bully him with cruel words like threatening to get rid of them, throw them out (Where the wild animals could devour them within minutes) and the like. 
If he raises enough money to get to Texas – and then hopefully to Washington – he’d like to get proper help for his weight. At the moment, his family literally refuses to help him past insisting he “walks off” the intense pain that his body is in, going so far as to tell him to just “stop eating” to lose the weight. He’d like to get physical therapy (such as hydrotherapy) for his sciatica pains and get a weight reduction surgery, but since he currently relies on his parents for medical funds, he’s unable to get the help he needs.
On top of this, he has no way to get to any doctors as his parents frequently forget to make the appointment (or they work all day) and no one else in the household can drive. He’s supposed to get a bottom bridge to go with his top denture, but he’s yet to get an appointment made despite multiple requests. He has a phone himself, but telephobia keeps him from being able to make calls even to friends, let alone for a medical appointment.
Moving out would help tremendously in terms of medical just in general. His father downright refuses to take Spencer to a hospital unless there’s something clearly wrong, no matter how much pain he’s in. I’m seriously worried that one of these refusals will come at a time when Spencer's in serious need if it ever comes to that.
