SEDS-ASU Rocketry Division placed among the top three in the SEDS University Student Rocketry Competition! The winners will be announced at SpaceVision 2017 in Cape Canaveral, FL on November 18th. Our team needs to be there to accept our award!
This is where we need some help. All of our money obtained went towards materials, supplies and tools for building this rocket that placed us in the Top Three. Since we are out of funds we are seeking donations to pay for our team traveling from Tempe, AZ to Cape Canaveral, FL to accept this award on behalf of Arizona State University and bring it back home.
SpaceVision is a student led space networking conference held annually featuring a great number of fantastic speakers, beneficial workshops, and extensive networking opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students and professionals in the space industry. So, we will also be benifiting in a number of other areas other than accepting our award.
Any funding raised will be greatly appreciated and put towards sending as many of our five team members to SpaceVision 2017. We've put in numerous hours designing, reporting and building this rocket, we'd love the opportunity to accept our award on a national stage at SpaceVision 2017 and take advantage of the other oppotunities that will present themselves by our attendence.

SEDS-ASU Rocketry Division is a division of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space at Arizona State University. SEDS-ASU Rocketry Division competes in rocketry, design, and other space specific competitions and challenges to offer hands on experience for it's members and students. The primary goal is to have members and students develop a skill set and understanding of concepts pertaining to spacefaring missions, building a foundation for their futures. Other Goals for our organization include community based involvement in K-12 programs for educational outreach and rocketry introduction.
