This go fund me campaign is raising money to help the family of Lorenzo Rodriguez. On Tuesday May 16,2017 Lorenzo was murdered in Alpine near Viejas Reservations.
Lorenzo was loved by many, and fun to be around. He was full of spirit and determination. No matter how real the struggle was, he always saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Suicide was never an option for him. He loved his son to much to even think that. In his own words “I am a dedicated father… ”He was always figuring ways out to better himself. Always ready to help a friend in need. I ask that we come together to help in this time of need. Any kind of donation is a help and is appreciated.
All doings will be posted on facebook and please feel free to share. His tribe has sent down something to work with. Its all we have. If you feel the need to help we will kindly accept anything. Planning a burning and the last meal (Nez Perce Tradition) and a Celebration of Life. We are hoping to do a burning and last meal this Sunday at dusk.
A little about Lorenzon himself. “I am a nightmare walking. I am a dedicated father. I am a fierce opponent. I am a jack of all trades. I don't give up. I help when I can. I will die for the kids. I am an architect. I am down like the ground. I am Nez Perce.”
